Koen Hostyn Koen has founded Privacy for All on the back of his extensive experience as a privacy consultant and Data Protection Officer across multiple organizations in the government, health, tech, political, legal, and non-profit sectors.

He has a lot of experience with GDPR-audits, as well as Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA's), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIA's), Data Transfer Impact Assessments (DTIA´s), Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR´s), handling personal data breaches, and working with Data Protection Authorities.

He holds professional certifications as a Data Protection Officer (CDPO), Information Privacy Processional (CIPP/e), Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and ISO 27001 Internal Auditor.

Koen is a native Dutch speaker but fluent in both English and French as well. In his spare time he likes to take his wife Nele and 3-year old child Robbe on hikes in the mountains, or just enjoys some Belgian dark ales with friends..

Josipa Spoljaric Josipa Spolijaric started her first professional steps with Privacy for All in 2021 as a Privacy Officer Intern. She is mainly working on management and development of GDPR compliance; conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs); drafting and advisory with regard to data processing agreements (DPA’s); and regularly updating of Privacy Statements and Internal Privacy Policies.

Josipa holds master's degree in Law from University of Rijeka in Croatia and postgraduate degre in European and International Law from Vrije University Brussels. She is also IAPP designated Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E).

She loves dogs and long runs with her friend. In her free time she is exploring new places or visiting her family in Croatia.

Nelly Nyadzua Nelly Nyadzua is a certified AWS practitioner, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity Specialist with a passion for Cyber Diplomacy. With a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research, Nelly has contributed to notable projects such as the Reimagining Youth Engagement Report by Mastercard Foundations and the National Communications and Advocacy Strategy for TVET Sub-Sector in Kenya, a project by the Ministry of Education.

Nelly has facilitated training on Digital Security and worked with reputable organizations such as KICTANet, Deutsche Welle, and the Association for Progressive Communications, among others. She is a member of the Kenya Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Youth Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG). Currently, she serves as a Cyber Security Consultant at Privacy for All, where she ensures organizations meet Data Privacy requirements, ISO 27000 certifications, and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) for maximum security.

Nelly loves swimming and dancing, during her free time, she trains for triathlons.

Virginia Marinelli Virginia-Marinelli is our executive and legal assistant to the Data Protection Officer. She holds a Master Degree in European Legal Studies, pursued at the Law Faculty of the University of Turin, coupled with a Diploma in Law and Technology and a C1 level proficiency in both English and French. Virginia has a long-standing interest in the fundamental rights challenges posed by technology, especially with regard to European Union law: her final research thesis dwelled on the relationship between new technologies implemented at the EU external borders and the safeguard of fundamental rights of immigrants and asylum seekers, with highlighted interest for the use of their personal data and automated decision-making procedures.

At Privacy For All, she supports the Data Protection Officer in navigating legal complexities, providing insights and guidance to ensure legal compliance is fully embedded into our services. Virginia has also obtained the IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E) certqification, validating advanced expertise on the GDPR framework.

In her typical spare time, Virginia enjoys swimming, painting or taking long walks by the lake, and she never says no to a drink or dinner with friend

Konstantinos Papanastasiou is a trainee at Privacy for All. He recently obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He speaks English at Proficiency Level, German at B2 level, as well as Greek as his mother tongue. His interest in Personal Data matters arose during his Erasmus+ studies at the Leibniz University of Hannover, where he wrote a paper on the topic 'Blockchain and GDPR'. In his free time he likes doing sports and going to the movies.
